On the morning of April 12, Zhong Xiaolong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Economics, Management and Law of Shaanxi University of Technology, led a delegation to visit Shaanxi Investment Emerging Industries Co., Ltd., and held a symposium for exchange. Liu Xingjun, a member of the Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer of Shaanxi Investment Emerging Industries Co., Ltd., attended and chaired the meeting, and Wang Chenchen, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, as well as relevant departments, participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, Zhong Xiaolong gave a detailed introduction to the long history of Shaanxi University of Technology, the current development of the school and its colleges, and the main purpose of this visit. He said that Shaanxi University of Technology hopes to establish a close cooperative relationship with Shaanxi Investment Emerging Industries in talent introduction and cultivation, jointly promoting the in-depth development of talent cultivation. Meanwhile, in order to adapt to the upcoming new college entrance examination policy and improve the accuracy of talent training and the rationality of curriculum design, they also hope to gain a deeper understanding of the actual needs of employers to better adjust and optimize teaching programs.
Wang Chenchen elaborated on the challenges currently faced by Shaanxi Investment Emerging Industries and its holding subsidiaries in attracting and retaining talent, and discussed the possibilities of cooperation with universities in talent cultivation. Liu Xingjun put forward several suggestions for the current stage of talent cultivation in universities.
